Large Rentable Indoor Shelter House Reservations can be made below!
Cobb-Kitsos Shelter House can hold up to 100 people, heated and air conditioned, has garage doors that can be opened for a 365 feel, full commercial kitchen, and bathroom. Has 20 rectangle tables at 30 x 72 and 100 metal folding chairs.
We now offer a 10% discount on the Cobb-Kitsos Shelter House for first responders!
Before you fill out paperwork, please check the calendar, located below, to see if your event date is available. Please note that only 1 reservation is available per day.
You may pay for your reservations in the Village Office by check, cash or money order. All credit card payments must be made through the MISC Payment Portal by clicking here (Click on Misc portal). A 5% fee will be applied to payments made through the portal. Please follow all instructions on the rental form.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT.
